Can I downgrade or upgrade my plan at anytime?
Certainly! You can switch to a different subscription level whenever you want. The change should happen within an hour of when you request it.
However, if you want to downgrade to a lower plan, you should first delete any FGC campaigns that you don't want to keep active with the new plan. You should also archive any DM campaigns that you don't want to keep running with the new plan. This will help make the transition to the new plan go more smoothly. If you don't do this there may be a delay in the service you receive.
To upgrade or downgrade your plan go to the Customer Portal.
You can find it on the Stampede Social dashboard in the Account > Plan: Your Plan
Click your plan and generate a password to securely update your plan.
