Let’s dive in...

Stats at a glance (see image above)

• Each post has it's stats pulled directly from Instagram (we add in Sentiment)
• Each post is identified at the top of the screen with a thumbnail (clickable to Instagram) and a caption snippet.
• Also, you'll see 2 icons bottom right - the down arrow icon downloads the posts stats for just that post and the QR icon gives you access to a QR code you can use to drive fans right to that post.
• You can ALSO download a full Instagram post stats report under reporting

Active Comments Section

Active comments are direct replies to your post that you have not yet responded to from your Stampede Social dashboard.

You have many options on how to handle a comment

1. Do nothing - it isn't a requirement to do anything. We didn't want you to stress out. However, if you'd like to learn more carry on...
2. Send Reply: Enter text/add emojis and click Send reply. Once a message is sent the comment will remove itself from Active Comments view.
3. You can use the AI Help feature to generate a response. Generating an AI response will not send it - you still need to hit send. (for select plans)
4. Send DM: Within 7 days of receiving the comment you can use Stampede Social to manually send a DM. Enter the message and click Send DM. This will filter it out of active comments view.

Any time you send a Reply or DM the screen will refresh itself.  A history of what you sent is automatically tracked and who sent it and visible via the reply search. 

Other ways to handle comments

You also have the ability to to filter (using the icons) an active comment out of view w/o responding

• You can FLAG a comment (create a list of comments to manage later)
• Ignore a comment - this moves it out of active view with no actions taken on the post
• HIDE a comment - this removes it from view on Instagram itself (you can see it and the poster can see it - but that's it) - this is great for SPAM control.

Ignoring, flagging or hiding many comments at once

If you have many posts where you just want to use the icons to sort your active comments. You can select numerous ones on different comments and then hit UPDATE to update them all at once. Ie., you can select Ignore on 5 posts and hit UPDATE and it will move all those posts out of active comments.

Sentiment

Sentiment is based on Stampede Social’s analysis. 

• With the active comment - the green dot is positive. A red dot would appear if potentially negative. 
• Please use as a guide only. Sentiment analysis isn’t always 100% accurate. 

Blacklist feature

If the blacklist is triggered, where the green dot appears a black dot will appear below it.

• Our blacklist is purposely overly sensitive so it’s meant to be a flag to ensure you read it over carefully to ensure the comment is in line with a comment you wish to reply to.
• Yes, we'll flag hello as hell - obviously, proceed as normal. The blacklist feature will is a visual cue for you only and has no impact on anything other than potentially giving you a heads up on something you may have missed.
• Always use your best judgment.
