Stampede Social offers you a unique view and engagement opportunity for each of your monitored posts. For each monitored post you have a set of new features awaiting you.
Let’s dive in...
Active comments are direct replies to your post that you have not yet responded to from your Stampede Social dashboard.
Any time you send a Reply or DM the screen will refresh itself. A history of what you sent is automatically tracked and who sent it and visible via the reply search.
You also have the ability to to filter (using the icons) an active comment out of view w/o responding
If you have many posts where you just want to use the icons to sort your active comments. You can select numerous ones on different comments and then hit UPDATE to update them all at once. Ie., you can select Ignore on 5 posts and hit UPDATE and it will move all those posts out of active comments.

Blacklist feature
If the blacklist is triggered, where the green dot appears a black dot will appear below it.
Stampede Social only captures and shows you direct responses to the posts/reels. This means replies to replies will not show. To manage threaded discussions at the post level you will need to switch to the Instagram app. Stampede Social is set up to help with top-line engagement.
In Stampede's dashboard, you will also not see your own comments. These are filtered out of the view.
Great question! Unfortunately, we cannot detect if you responded to a post in the Instagram app or other 3rd party software.
We do have an ignore feature that allows you to move the comment out of active comments.
We created the flag option to move a comment out of active comments that you need to address or find later but do not want to leave in active comments.
You may flag a comment that has an amazing compliment or horrible critique or that you want to share with someone at a later time.
Flagging a comment in Stampede Social only impacts how it is viewed in the dashboard. Flagging a comment makes no impact on that comment or that commenter on the Instagram app.
The ignore feature is meant to help you manage your Active Comments sections by easily removing comments that you have no intention of responding to or that you responded to on the Instagram app or via another 3rd party app.
The ignore feature is meant only to help you manage your comments on the Stampede Social dashboard.
Ignoring a comment in Stampede Social only impacts how it is viewed in the dashboard. Ignoring a comment makes no impact on that comment or that commenter on the Instagram app.
Hiding a comment is a great way to remove SPAM comments from your post.
When you use the HIDE feature it does impact the Instagram app. The hidden comments are no longer viewable by others looking at your post.
